Reiki I Attunement Workshop

REIKI is an ancient Japanese healing technique that is a gentle yet powerful healing modality for personal growth of body, mind and spirit. This class is taught by Jamie Roth a Reiki Master of 23 years, and is taught from the traditional Usui Reiki lineage, which is the original Reiki lineage.

You will receive your Reiki I attunement, (which is an energetic activation), that opens the flow of universal life force energy through your hands, enabling you to channel healing energy for yourself and others.

In this workshop, you will learn:

• The history and principles of Usui Reiki

• How Reiki works as a holistic healing system

• Techniques for self-healing and daily energy practices

• Hand positions for offering Reiki to yourself and loved ones

• Grounding, protection, and intuitive connection practices

This is a sacred initiation into a lifelong journey of healing, presence, and energetic awareness. No prior experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore your innate power to heal.
