We live in a world full of humans stuck in sedentary lives, constricted by stress and the fear of being seen, and living in bodies we're ashamed of. Be the human who learns how to let loose, shake out the stress, and jiggle that booty all around, shame free and confidence filled.

Amanda White has been teaching dance since she was 15. She is an instructor of twerk and other dance techniques, as well as a burlesque dancer in Indianapolis. Amanda knows how to empower people to loosen up in their body and let movement become a form of expression and energy flow.
We'll open with breath and grounding to arrive fully in the body. Then we move, learning the technique of twerk with skilled instruction and zero judgment. We'll close with a moment of integration, giving space to notice what unlocked

This twerkshop is great for beginners or anyone else. All genders welcome, ages 16+.
