ArtFlow is a 90-minute creative wellness experience for adults ages 16+, co-facilitated by Amanda of Flourish Art Studio and Classroom and Jamie of Intuitive Encounters.
Each month offers a blend of art-making and intuitive movement to help you slow down, loosen up, and create from a more energy flowing place.
We’ll begin each session with a new medium and a simple, open-ended prompt such as:
• Watercolor + the prompt “What’s flowing beneath the surface?”
• Ink drawing + “Where is your attention being pulled?”
• Clay shaping + “What are you holding — and ready to release?”
After easing into the creative process, Jamie will guide us through gentle movement such as mindful stretching, breathwork, and intuitive motion designed to clear blocks, awaken energy, and soften the mind-body connection.
✧ Movement practices may include:
• Grounding and breath awareness
• Heart-opening stretches and spinal waves
• Gentle shaking, swaying, or guided intuitive movement with music
We’ll then return to our art with renewed presence, often finding our work has shifted.
Whether you’re an artist, a seeker, or simply craving a space to reconnect with ArtFlow offers a beautiful, judgment-free container to explore and expand.
All materials are provided. No prior art or movement experience is necessary.
