ArtFlow: A Chakra Series
Join Jamie of Intuitive Encounters and Amanda of Flourish for a seven-week series on the energy centers of the body, known as the Chakras.
Each week, we focus on one of the body's seven energy centers. Jamie will guide you through the meaning and wisdom of that week's Chakra, followed by breathwork and meditation designed to help you feel and connect with that energy in your own body.
From there, Amanda will lead you through painting your experience, translating what you've felt into color, shape, and symbol.
By the end of each session, you'll walk away with a piece of art that's uniquely yours, ready to hang and hold space in your home as a reminder of the energy you explored that day. And if you come to all 7 classes, you will have a full set of Chakra art that YOU created!

When: Start date: Sunday Sept 13 *This is a 7-week series, but you're welcome to join for any single week, or the whole journey. Attending all 7 is not required.
