Sacred Flow is a weekly women-centered somatic practice inspired by seasonal themes, using gentle movement, breath, and reflection to help women feel safe in their bodies, connect with their emotions, and explore inner wisdom in a grounded, supportive space.
We begin with a brief discussion, ritual, and share circle around the theme such as the elements (Earth, Air, Water, Fire), or seasons, or moon cycles, followed by an oracle card pull to guide our practice. From there, we ease into stretching and movement to awaken the body and open our energy flow.
Each class also includes a breathwork practice that is meditative, and sometimes Jamie offers a touch of Reiki energy, always optional and offered with consent.
All shaped and sized bodies are welcome, and movements can be adapted to meet your needs (please note, the IE Healing Sanctuary is accessible only by stairs).
No experience required, just a willingness to show up as you are.
