Are you curious about bringing ritual and ceremony into your life, but unsure how, and would like some guidance and practice?

Ritual is a repeated action infused with intention to become present in the moment, such as lighting a candle with your morning tea.

Ceremony creates a sacred container to explore themes more deeply and are ever-evolving.

Sacred Flow is your weekly invitation to explore both ritual and ceremony in a supportive women centered somatic practice.

Each session is woven around a theme, such as Full Moon, the elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water), or the changing seasons, creating a sacred space for connection, movement, and healing.

It is also an empowering movement and breathwork experience that helps you feel the language of your body, release stored emotion, and connect with your flow of energy, as well as other women.

We begin with a ritual of applying an oil, a brief discussion and share circle around the theme, followed by an oracle card pull to guide our practice. From there, we ease into stretching and movement to awaken the body and open our energy flow.

Each class also includes a breathwork practice that is meditative, and sometimes Jamie offers a touch of Reiki energy, always optional and offered with consent.

All shaped and sized bodies are welcome, and movements can be adapted to meet your needs (please note, the IE Healing Studio is accessible only by stairs).

Each month, on or around the full moon, Sacred Flow will include an extended FULL MOON CEREMONY for deeper connection and reflection:
